Note: Your IP address is used briefly to block repeated abusive submissions but is not stored. Page views, referring sites and device type (desktop or mobile) may be counted without storing information that identifies you.

Article 3 (Retention)

1. Inquiry information is kept for one year from the date of receipt and then deleted automatically.
2. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it without delay.
3. Where another law requires retention, we keep it for that period.

Article 4 (Provision to third parties)

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

Inquiry information can only be viewed on a management screen protected by an account and password, by authorized staff. All communication is encrypted (HTTPS). The number of people handling personal information is kept to a minimum.
